- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing can vary depending on the complexity of the job, even for similar tasks. If we receive clear photos and understand the scope before arrival, we can usually provide an accurate price in advance. If the details are not fully clear, we can confirm the price after seeing the job in person. We always try to work with the client to find a fair price that works well for both sides.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually ask for photos and a short description first. Then we give an estimate and schedule a time. Once we arrive, we confirm everything and complete the work carefully and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a father-and-son team. I have over 20 years of experience in plumbing, and together we handle a wide range of handyman tasks. The advantage of working with us is that you already have two people on the job — no need to hire an extra helper. This helps us work faster and more efficiently. We have solid experience in plumbing, furniture assembly, TV mounting, and general home repairs. We use professional tools, including a drain cleaning machine and proper equipment for installations. We always focus on doing the job right, safely, and with attention to detail.
