Hello, my name is Majed. I offer a variety of services including home repairs, maintenance, and small improvement projects. I'm dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to making sure the job is done right. Whether it's fixing, assembling furniture/RTA items or providing manpower for tasks I'm here to help make your home projects easier and stress-free. Note: Any work done in less than an hour will be treated as a full 1 hour (in the case of flat fees it would differ) ---------------------------------------------------------- As Movers: We are Dedicated 2 workers to finish any job entrusted to us correctly and efficiently at the satisfaction of our clients. We're experienced in safely lifting +50 Lbs for extended period of time | loading/unloading furnitures in complex environments to their truck/car safely including navigating stairs or elevator from up to 12th floor with and/or without using tools like dolly or other. We try to do business fairly without cheating as we believe any cheating done from us, we would be held accountable in front of God All Mighty. As Movers: What is expected from us: • Loading/Unloading: Assisting with rental trucks, U-Boxes, or portable storage containers. • Equipments We provide: -Appliance dolly -4 wheel dolly -Other basic equipment (screwdrivers, pliers, cutters etc.) • Moving and Packing: Handling furniture, loading/unloading boxes, and sometimes packing or unpacking household items. • Heavy Lifting: Moving heavy or awkward furniture pieces, including navigating stairs. *********KEY DETAIL*********** We do not offer service for lifting a very long/unnatural shaped piano that requires more than +2 people or anything of such nature or similar (or +500-600lbs) BUT if it's Washer/Dryer, Fridge, couches, beds tables etc. Items of such nature are are fine. • Disassembly/Reassembly:  Disassembling and reassembling furniture. Please let us know if anything requires assembly or dissembly for us to be prepared and efficient. What is not expected from us: • Transportation: We generally do not drive the moving truck or trailer. • Supplies: We usually do not provide moving blankets, packing tape, or moving boxes. Key Considerations • Local Focus: Our services are typically used for moves under 50 miles only, often preferred in the same metro. • 1 HOUR MINIMUM: This is usually the norm that is never talked about. you will charged 1 hour of labor minimum even if the work is 10 minutes or 55 minutes. Anything after an hour is normal labor time Our price is the $75 hourly for 2 people combined (only on special occasions it could change) We're ready to work right now.
