- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum service call is $150 for standard handyman work. Larger, detailed, or skilled jobs such as minor plumbing, electrical, diagnostics, or custom repairs may be priced higher. I confirm pricing before starting, and materials are billed separately with receipts when needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask for a short description and a few photos first. Then I confirm the scope, pricing, timing, and any materials needed. When I arrive, I protect the work area, complete the job carefully, clean up, and do a final walkthrough with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a mechanical/technical background and hands-on experience with home repairs, assembly, mounting, drywall patching, minor plumbing, minor electrical work, and custom problem-solving. I also use proper tools, laser levels, anchors, and hardware for clean and secure results.
