- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really aim to build collaborative relationships, as that is the foundation for everything I do. That piece is key for bringing life into the coaching space, because once an authentic connection is built, you can start gently nudging folks toward lasting change.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a coach in many capacities for over a decade (baseball, speed and agility, wellness, leadership and development). I received my bachelor's degree in exercise science and a master's degree in counseling with an emphasis in performance psychology. My goal is to fuse these together to improve outcomes for my clients from a holistic standpoint. At the core of all of our struggles are our thoughts and emotions, so if we can tap into those, we can start to unpack the barriers to our burdens.
