The openness and flow of energy through our chakras determines our state of health and balance. Knowledge of our more subtle energy system empowers us to maintain balance and harmony on the physical, mental and spiritual level. It is through the study of our energetic and physical being that we can create health, stability and spiritual bliss.
I use Reiki along with other healing methods to balance your energy system as well as clear and repair emotional blocks.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well being.
In 2014, I turned to energy work and holistic self care to help with chronic physical and emotional issues. Since then I have experienced incredible shifts in my state of being and have been dedicated to healing. I have studied many different holistic healing methods including plant medicine and crystal healing and am certified in Ayurvedic nutrition as well as having received my Reiki Master certification. I am honored to be able to use Reiki as well as other healing modalities to help others on their path.

This woman’s skill lengths much deeper than just a basic reiki session. I personally felt relieved, weightless and ripely in tune with my inner peace when It was finished. I'll admit I was skeptical about how effective it would be. The feeling is absolutely visceral and lasts long after the initial work. Blissful, rejuvenating, truly unexpected results. I experienced pain relief that I had no idea could be irradiated purely through this kind of work. It felt almost effortless. A godsend.
