First, I don't generally give reviews but I have to say that Matt and his son were awesome! They installed a new theater projector and connected all of my surround sound speakers. The picture and sound are amazing. They also mounted another tv in another room which looks perfect. Overall, they were extremely knowledgeable, kind, responsive and worked quickly. Price was totally fair and way cheaper than GeekSquad. Highly recommend and I can not say enough good things about their service!!

MRB was very responsive and flexible. They were able to move my appointment from Friday morning to Thursday afternoon when the time window opened. The TV Mount used is Mantelmount, which is more difficult than a normal TV Mount. They were very detailed and measured everything multiple times to get it right

Shout out to MRB Installs - owner Matthew Ball came out to install ceiling speakers in the speaker outlets that came with the house, as well as hook up the rest of the equipment - receiver and wireless subwoofer - all which require apps and some knowledge about wireless/network connections…things that I only occasionally deal with. I scoped out and purchased the equipment ahead of time and MRB did the install. If I attempted sawing through my ceiling and playing with my network/apps etc. , it would take a lot more time and energy and perhaps frustration - with the risk of screwing up. Matt was familiar with all of the equipment/brands, able to consult as to what is appropriate for your personal set-up, and was able to solve any ‘curveballs’ with our network in a fast, efficient manner. Would hire again for any smart home/AV/security installs or issues.
