- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only additional prices would be for optional items like pool, inspections, or mold testing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introducing ourselves, we spent several hours doing the inspection. If the client is there, we can show them what all we found wrong. We go back to the office and do the report sending it off via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction business doing tile setting. I’ve taken building inspecting classes at Cosumnes River College. I graduated from Inspection Training Associates in 2020
