I highly recommend this company! Toby with Hart Inspectionsinspected my home I purchased recently and did a really thorough inspection! I am so pleased. I really felt he went above & beyond taking his time inspecting my home & he really cared about me & my home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Local to the greater Sacramento area has discount pricing. I may charge more for jobs 50 miles or more further from Sacramento CA. I give discounts for add ons such as mold sampling and lateral sewer images.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need access and permission to inspect the interior and exterior of the property. The client can either attend or not. I give same day reports.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive internachi training. fully certified with additional certifications.
