I was very impressed with this cleaning team. I wanted two people for a move out clean on a 2/2/1car garage on the second level. Not only were they very professional, the work they did was down to the detail. They cleaned the window and sliding window casings and I have had other cleaning companies miss these areas. They even included the wrapper on the toilets when they were done. Would book with them again!!!

These guys did a great job. My carpet and chair was so dirty after kids🙈, but they made them clean and gave the second life. I recommend this firm. And as for me Olesia is very nice and friendly lady.

I was impressed how thoughtfully they obtained info so they could give me an estimate. They beautifully cleaned all of my priority areas and were so carful with delicate or fragile items. They asked me to do a walk through and it all looks terrific. I would highly recommend Allure HouseCleaning to anyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the home and the type of cleaning. Standard cleaning is the most affordable, deep and move-out have higher detail and require more time. I always give clear pricing up front with no hidden fees. Additional services like oven, fridge or inside cabinets can be added on request.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few basic questions about the home (size, condition and service type). Then I confirm the date, estimated time, and what is included. On the day of service I arrive on time, walk through the home with the client if needed, and make sure expectations are fully met before leaving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am background-checked and trained in detailed residential cleaning, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, organizing and move-out deep cleaning. I stay up to date on effective products and safe cleaning practices.
