The team that came to clean were very friendly and accommodating. They vacuumed my couch, which I didn’t expect, but loved! They also cleaned my stovetop in a way that I just never seem to be able to. And it was great to walk in to clean floors and counters. When they asked me to check things out for quality, I was able to ask that the fan be dusted, but didn’t catch that one of the bathroom mirrors hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly or that it looked like the area under my desk hadn’t been vacuumed. It’s possible that if something (like a basket or footrest) didn’t get taken off the floor by me, that spot didn’t get vacuumed, and that could be standard practice. Overall, I’m very satisfied and the house feels great. What a breath of fresh air! Definitely doing this once a month.

Elana and her staff are extremely professional. They get to all of those hard to reach areas that as an owner you do rarely like baseboards and blinds. I love coming home on cleaning day to an immaculate house.

Elana and an assistant cleaned my house once and did a good job. The price was a bit high but tolerable. When I tried to arrange for bi-weekly cleaning, Elana informed me that a different team would clean my house the next time and that teams would "rotate" every two weeks. After consulting with my wife, I told Elana that rotating teams would be okay as long as everyone is vaccinated against Covid. This was apparently a deal breaker for Elana, as she responded that she could not guarantee her staff would be vaccinated and that I should find someone else to clean my house.

Hi Randy, thanks for the review! We would have loved to keep you as a client, but unfortunately since vaccines are not mandated for my cleaning company I cannot guarantee vaccination across my staff and in my company I give my employees the right and freedom to choose their vaccination status. Also, the pricing for your first cleaning was always going to be more expensive than your future cleanings which I spoke previously about with your significant other. It is unfortunate we could not schedule another future cleaning but thank you for your business!
