Prec’s cleaning service did an amazing job on our move-out clean. They were detailed and thorough. They were very responsive and showed up to the job on time, while completing the job in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again for general home cleaning and maintenance!

They did such a great job on our house and were thorough and efficient. Our kitchen and bathroom are scrubbed and sparkling clean and smell great also. They were right on time and very kind!

Haydee was on time and very responsive. I requested a deep clean and wasn't informed that baseboards and fans are not included. I had to pay extra for that on the day of. There were some spots I had to clean later but that is okay. They also didn't bring supplies for wooden floor or mold in the bathroom. Luckily I had spare supplies. I wish the communication was a bit better. Overall Haydee spent a lot of time and effort, and did a good job.

Hello Apar, we’re sorry that your experience was 3 stars. First of all, you were more concerned about how much you were going to pay instead of communicating your needs. An estimate was sent to you with what your cleaning included, and it seems you were more focused on saving money than on actually doing a deep cleaning, emphasizing that you negotiated the service and did not want to pay what a deep cleaning costs. On the other hand, you were informed that baseboards and ceiling fans have an additional cost. On Thumbtack, you never added them to the service, so don’t blame us for your lack of clear communication. We wish you had taken a little time to carefully read every detail of what the cleaning included. Furthermore, your home had not been cleaned for over a year. Don’t expect one day to clean what you did NOT do in 365 days. Have a good day.
