- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a system where Clients get one extra free cleaning service in a month after the first 3 months of providing cleaning services. This is exclusively for clients who we provide weekly or biweekly services for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, we will typically provide the customer with our brochure where they could choose what services the are looking for us to provide. After which we schedule a meeting for a walk through of the facility to determine the pricing and then we provide a customized schedule for the customer which we would work with. We understand that unforeseen circumstances could come up so we always make provision for flexibility in the event of such occurrence. Once we issue invoices, the customer needs to send a confirmation within 24 hours to consider having an appointment with us. Any service to be rendered outside of the proposed schedule will attract extra charges. We do not do dishwashing as part of our service except it is requested for and that service comes with an extra charge. Refrigerator and oven cleaning come with an extra charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had over 3 decades of informal cleaning experiences as I was trained by my mom growing up as a teenager who is a seasoned homemaker and organizer amongst many things. I took a Cleaning Business Owner Certificate Course from the International Association of Professions Career College.
