- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Lulu’s Cleaning Solution, our prices are based on the size of the home, the type of service (standard, deep, or move-in/move-out), and the level of detail required. We offer free estimates to provide an accurate and fair quote before every job. We also provide special discounts for recurring clients (weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings) and for seniors. There are no hidden fees, and all prices are discussed clearly in advance. Our goal is to offer excellent quality at an honest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My usual process when working with a new client starts with a friendly conversation to understand their needs, preferences, and priorities. I then offer a free estimate and explain the difference between our standard, deep, and move-in/out cleaning services. Once we agree on the details, I schedule the service and make sure everything is clear before starting. After the cleaning, I always follow up to ensure the client is completely satisfied. My goal is to build trust and long-term relationships through excellent service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Life Coach and Group Leadership Mentor, which has given me strong skills in communication, organization, and team management. This background has helped me build Lulu’s Cleaning Solution with excellence, purpose, and a people-centered approach. My coaching and leadership training allow me to create a positive work environment, motivate my team, and ensure every client receives reliable, detailed, and high-quality service.
