I hire Sida's cleaning services for a deep cleaning my house .Sheila and her team did an excellent job and they work hard.Sheila made sure I was 100% satisfied.There were some spots they missed but they came back and cleaned it.I have hire other cleaning service for one time cleaning and they do not have the time for the client to do a walk through but Sheila did.I read some of the reviews stating the crew missed some areas .Sheila will fix anything and will make sure the customer are 100% satisfied. Sheila go above and beyond and works hard . I will definite hire again.

I have Sheila's service set up on an every-other-week basis in Yuba City. Her crew has cleaned my house 3 times now. I am very satisfied with the work as it is thorough and fast. More details to follow. First, I want to mention a benefit in hiring Sheila's service. She has PayPal set up, so paying is easy and secure. I often do not have enough cash and have to make a special effort to get it, adding another task to my day. Having PayPal is an advantage to hire Sheila as it shows me she is looking out for her customers while staying up with current business practices. Way to go, Sheila. Regarding the quality of work, her team is professional. I can ask for particular attention to an area and am invited by the crew to inspect afterward. I have found that with each visit, there is some new cleaning done that I did not have to mention. Finally, regarding Sheila herself, she answers correspondence quickly and efficiently. it shows she is reliable and a good business person. I have been looking for a quality cleaning service and plan to stay with Sheila's.

I needed to find a cleaning services that can come right away and help me with my house since we have just gotten back in town. Sheila had contacted me and said she will get someone to come out within an hour to my house. I was so surprise with the work they did. The ladies were just amazing, respectfu and did a great job. I couldn't be more then happy with the results and I'm definitely calling them next time. Thanks again Sheila && team ☆☆☆☆☆

I have long-standing, progressive illnesses that have left me severely handicapped and incapacitated for several years. Because of that my housework has been practically non-existent. I decided to go online to see if there was a company that would be able to help me. Thumbtack was the answer to my prayers. I filled out a short form and within a short period of time several vendors contacted me requesting to come out to look at the job so they could give me a realistic job quote. I selected a vendor, SIDA's Cleaning Services, that seemed to meet my needs. The Manager of the company, Sheila Yates, contacted me by phone and we had a long conversation. I was very honest and explained what my situation was and that this was probably not like a job that they normally get called out to handle. She was nonjudgmental, extremely helpful and said she and her crew were available the next day to start to work. They arrived as scheduled. I had explained to Sheila in advance that my house looked as if it were occupied by hoarders. There were unopened boxes everywhere and before they could do any housework those boxes would have to be opened, the contents stacked, and then start to see the job that was waiting for them. Sheila and her crew, several young people, just walked in as if this was a sight they were used to seeing and we're not at all intimidated. Sheila looked at the task at hand and started assigning her staff to do different functions. Some opened boxes, some got things out-of-the-way, and some started doing housework that they could get to. It was amazing. I won't say that it was easy or that it was fast. There was so much work, more than I even realized. It took many hours before there was some resemblance of order. But at the end of the day I could see the light ahead of me. The kitchen just shined. All the boxes in the house had been opened and sorted according to what they contained. There is still some work to be done, and when I have the resources I will not hesitate to have Sheila and her crew come back out to finish this job. I want you to understand that they did not finish the job in its entirety because it truly is a two or three day job. The only thing that's holding me back is finances. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Sheila or her staff. My only comment would be that for some of the staff this was their first situation working with a hoarder type situation. A couple of them need more training in opening boxes and assuring all the parts and materials are put aside. Sheila and her staff have become my friends. If I could give them 10 stars I would. If you need someone that you can trust and count on this is the group for you. I believe that you will not be disappointed or unhappy with their services.
