Hired on Thumbtack
This is the second time I’ve been scammed by house cleaners through thumbtack. I chose the option “5 bedroom/4 bath” and we agreed on a price for cleaning the house twice a month.
When I got home nothing was clean. When I asked them what happened - they claimed we only agreed to cleaning the bathroom and bedrooms. The bedrooms are seriously the cleanest part of the house!!!
Now they are demanding I pay them anyway. What a joke. I attached our conversation where they clearly talk about cleaning my whole house prior to the visit. They scammed me. Thank you for stealing my money.
