Flora was an outstanding housecleaner. I just moved into one house left filthy by the previous owners. Flora jumped in with both feet, taking extra care on the small details like the cabinet drawers and drawer pulls. She made the greasy oven shine again! (I was almost thinking of just buying a new one due to the dirty condition)
Flora is a hardworking gal who always checked in with me to make sure she was completing the tasks I wanted accomplished. She even can back the next day to finish up on the windows.
I was overwhelmed with the amount of cleaning that needed to be done on top of trying to move all my stuff in. Flora was such a pleasant surprise, she took care of all the tedious cleaning projects and I am grateful for finding her. Highly recommend her to anyone. I apologize, I didn't take pictures of the before and after but boy I wish I did.

Loved Fiorina's proffesionalism. She was in and out before I knew it and everything was so CLEAN and shiny! I thought I was in the wrong house! lol. I hired her right away to come in every two weeks!

Very nice , communication was very well . Overall experience was good . Would have got 5 stars but there was some base board cleaning that was missed . As a whole we would use her again .👍

I work as a Apartment Manager and I called Van Alen Diamond Shine to clean a unit that I had vacant. Flori is very nice and did an excellent job, the apartment looked like new!! I definitely recommend her.
