I was looking for help to disassemble an used home gym equipment. Bagrat was the first one to respond within an hour. He gave me a detailed breakdown of the price and explained different scenarios that would impact the pricing l, and he was able to fit me on his schedule right away. On the day of the work, his car broke down, most of the people would just leave the customer hanging to deal with the unexpected circumstance, but Bagrat found help (his partner Greg) to drive for almost 2 hours to the job site and performed a fantastic work on what was promised. I can tell that he is a man of his word, honest and responsible. I feel very comfortable with every communication we had. He is patient in trying to understand the nature of the project and his customer’s needs. Although I have not had a chance to work with him directly, but based on our interactions so far and how the first project went, I am already planning for my next project with him!

Bagrat helped us assemble some more complex IKEA furniture and was very thorough and quick. He was proactive to communicate issues with the product that we needed to resolve with IKEA that made it clear he’s very trust worthy and takes pride in his work. Bagrat did an amazing job! I reached out to him on a Sunday night about 3pm and he said he could be at my house around 4pm that same day! He put together a trundle bed for us and a dresser all in about 3 hours! It would have taken me and my husband like 8 hours! he did great work! If you are looking for someone, hire him!!!
