Juan, Julio and their crew helped us with a bunch of work to complete the renovation of an apartment.
They provide a wide range of services from installing bathroom fixtures to painting, caulking, and a variety of electrical work. They completed everything on time and schedule.
Carmen and her crew also did an amazing job deep cleaning the apartment and getting it ready for showings.

Juan and his team did a marvelous overhaul of our rental, from repainting every wall and bit of trim to running new wiring for additional lights where we needed them, swapping out light fixtures, putting in new knobs on every single door, installing new hardware in all the bathrooms and even a new sink and faucet in one and a new faucet in another.
Working with Juan is very easy--he's always reachable, always quick to respond, and always willing to take feedback on the work and adjust or redo as necessary. He's kind and professional, and everyone on his crew is the same.
We'd hire them again in a minute, and in fact we've recommended them to more than one of our friends and neighbors!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price are important, but remember cheaper is not good. Because some people charge very cheap, but they use very cheap materials and cut a lot of corners when they do the job. I’m not that pro. I always recommend best materials, paint and I buy it for my customers because I can get almost 45% off on materials
