I booked a party bus for my daughter's quinceanera and i made the right choice going with this company. They were very responsive and professional. The Bus was great had great lighting and sound system was great. My daughter and kids loved the experience and were brought back safely. I Appreciate their customer service.

The booking was great. The communication on next steps. The part process was great. The payment link made it easy when I ask questions they responded. Great my daughter and her friends enjoy the little ride and the kids were delivered safely.
My only challenge was with the driver and the lack of communication from the home office, even though I had made sure to make full payment the day before the event which included a 30% gratuity when the driver showed up, he asked me for final payment
Then, when he dropped off the girls, he has her final payment again even though I showed him the text and the confirmation of the payments that I had sent. He said he would talk to his office. Someone then contacted me from the office and I explained to them as well. They did not want to deal with us during my daughter‘s event and that everything is taken care of. I sent them the screenshot of my communication as well as the payment and the verbiage, confirming that everything was paid in full, including the gratuity.
I then got a text back saying please check the driver
That’s when it went a little too far and I expressed my frustration and that I was done that all payments were paid and then I’d like to enjoy my daughter’s event and did not want to speak with that driver again
Aside from that everything was great and I appreciate the availability the vehicle the service. I think it was just a matter of management not communicating with the dispatch or the driver but in the end I believe it got worked out because I got a pack. I received a text back saying that everything was taken care of sorry for the inconvenience.

Book Party Bus for my Birthday! The bus was clean, modern, and fully equipped for a fun night out. The driver was professional and made the entire experience stress-free. We booked a party bus for my daughter’s Sweet 16 from Roseville to downtown Sacramento and the experience was amazing from start to finish.
