Jim was very prompt in calling me and getting the information for the job required. I was informed that if I was unsatisfied to mention it while the worker was there. However, because the cleaning took longer than I expected, I was just tired from a long day of work and my son was hungry so I did not say anything. I think the bathrooms were cleaned very well. For the kitchen, I only asked for the stove / oven and sink to be cleaned. That was cleaned, but it was not the deep cleaning I had paid for or expected. It looked like my worker was tired by the time she got to the kitchen, so not much detail was given to my stovetop or sink. I would hire them again, but would probably allow for much more time in my schedule so that I could thoroughly inspect the cleaning and give my honest feedback immediately.Oct 28, 2014VerifiedJim D.'s reply
Aloha Roxanna, Thank you very much for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear that the cleaning took longer than expected, and that the maids seemed tired/exhausted after the long day. In reality, we should have had them come back the next day to finish the job, in order to make sure the level of customer service was 100% satisfactory. If you would allow me, I would love to send the team back for another hour or two to finish up your kitchen in a way that would make you 100% satisfied, as that's what we always strive for. I am happy to hear that you would be willing to use our services again, but anything less than a 5 star review simply makes me/us want to correct that for you! The cleaning team was friendly and very professional. They were on time. They did an excellent job cleaning my two bedroom house. We had hired them for a deep cleaning. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is simple and easy to understand. Maid in Oahu charges a flat rate fee for every type of dwelling. Whether a 1 bedroom apartment or a 5 bedroom, we have a flat rate fee based on number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Prices or Jobs would only be affected if there is an obvious cleaning problem/situation that arises when our maids arrive, which is pretty much limited to hoarding and post wild-party cleanups. ;0)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Maid in Oahu was founded with the intention of providing easy to use and high quality cleaning services.
