Introduction: I am a student myself and understand the struggles that individuals go through when getting an education. I am patient, encouraging and have several ways to teach something because I know not all teaching methods work the same for everyone. Helping people. Watching the expressions on their face when they finally understand what they were struggling with. The satisfaction I get knowing that I did everything I could in my power to help those that needed it.

Meghan has a very comprehensive style of tutoring that combines several ways to work out problems and equations. I have always struggled in Algebra until I had Meghan for a tutor. Whether it is statistics or mathematics, Meghan explores every method to solve every problem that corresponds with the student's understanding and full grasp of the lesson. Everybody learns differently and that is why she prepares her lesson plans, outside of scheduled tutoring sessions, according to the student's specific learning needs before each tutoring session. Overall, it has been a pleasure to have Meghan as a tutor and I feel she will be beneficial to any student that needs her help. She is a little pricey, but she is worth every single penny! Even though Algebra is my weakest subject, I went from a grade of D to passing the course with an A-.

Meghan is a wonderful tutor. She understands math very well and is very clear when explaining "why" and "how" numbers are calculated to reach a certain solution. I will eventually need her again for my son and will definately hire her to tutor him.

I am honored that you will consider me in the future for any tutoring needs your son may have. A positive student, who is willing to have some faith in their ability to understand math and put extra practice into it is a student who is going to succeed.

I found Meghan on Thumbtack after being extremely disappointed with 3 other tutors! Meghan always showed up on time and worked with my hectic schedule, I know she was in high demand with several other tutoring jobs but she still made me feel like I was her only customer. I passed my college Statistics course with a high B! Math has always been my largest struggle and this was my third attempt taking an upper division math course, Tutoring was pricey but completely worth it in the end!

tutoring prices may be a little pricey, but included in the price is more than just the session, it is the extra time I spend outside of tutoring sessions preparing material as well as the fact that I am available pretty much any time during the day to answer questions that my students may have, all at no extra charge to the client.
