That alone set the tone for the whole experience.I had deep scratches from resting skis against the bed, sun-beaten paint on the roof, and a general state of neglect from living at altitude and never once getting the thing washed. I genuinely thought most of it was a lost cause. Ian came to my house, inspected every panel, explained what he was thinking about each problem area, laid out the pros and cons of different approaches, and never once pressured me into a decision. He just gave me all the information and let me figure out what made sense. I ended up going with a full interior detail, full exterior detail, paint correction polish, ceramic coating, and rubber floor mat restoration.The quality of work was legitimately impressive. Not "good for mobile detailing" impressive. Impressive, full stop. The scratches from the skis are gone. The roof paint looks like it did when I bought the truck. The interior feels new. The floor mats look like they were just pulled out of packaging. I later found out Ian is the owner, which explains a lot. He was super professional in how he interacted with me and the level of attention/care in the work is what you get when the person doing it actually built the business and has their name attached to the outcome.My truck looks better now than it has in years, and the ceramic coating gives me real confidence in the longevity of the paint going forward.
