These guys are awesome! Where there any problems during my move? Yes, 100% when isn’t there? But I asked for three men to move my 1 bedroom apartment. It was no easy task taking my huge queen sized bed through the tiny doors of my old basement place, but they didn’t give up and worked hard to get everything done and as efficient as possible. I had to reschedule quite a few times but they worked around the shifts in schedule and did not complain once.
Unfortunately, I do have to say that two things were somewhat broken, it may have been my fault as those items were had problems before and I failed to mention anything. And two tiny things that I didn't understand was that they charge you for 1 hour in which they do not spend with you. They charge it as a half hour of getting the truck to your place and a half hour of getting the truck back to it's original location. They said that this is something all moving companies charge for but figured it may be worth noting. And although they say they don't charge for packing supplies, they do not consider tape and boxes as free packing supplies. Those are in fact extra.
Nonetheless, they came prepared with the biggest truck I had ever seen, packing supplies, and managed to manoeuver it around the tiny streets of Boston. I had a crazy neighbor who was angry for the strangest reasons but they followed my instructions, where respectful to everyone involved, and took my side on the issue while trying to satisfy everyone.
I am extremely grateful to the three men who helped me move and somehow managed to get it done in 4 hours and a half! Thanks guys!
