- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Standard Pricing Catering The price of our catering services will be contingent upon the amount or people being served. Prices will range from $12-$100 dollars per person or plate with a 10 person minimum. All full catering services will include set-up and cleanup crew as well as food servers. Catering costs will vary based on the dishes prepared and the catering style for example: plated catering, family buffet style and sacked meals or continual catering. Event Planning Costs for our event planning services will vary based on the needs of the clients, the size of the event and extra value added service. X2 will work with suppliers and distributors to provide services not generally offered by X2. These services include DJs, lighting and sound, security, cakes, photography, floral design and much more. Coordination services will start at $90 an hour with a 5-hour minimum. Prices may vary and are subject to change based on the day of the event. Monday through Thursday rates may be cheaper than hosting an event on Friday through Saturday. Sunday prices will vary based on the event time. After the first five hours the rate will be $70 per hour with a max of 12 hours. When we contract this service with our clients, we will require half of the full balance due down as a deposit and the remaining portion of the balance due 48 hours before the event. Bundled Services Bundled packages can include catering, event coordinating, sound and lighting services, location services, photography/videography services, event crew, and much more. We cater and plan events for all occasions and personalities. Payment Plan Options X2 will accept half down upfront at contract signing. The remaining balance will be due 48 hours in advance to the day of the event. We understand that sometimes a limited budget can restrict clients from having our dream event. X2 offer installment options beyond half and half on events totaling over $2500.00. All payments are due 2 days before event. Client agreement will outline specified payment days and dates. Payments not received by this deadline will result in a breach of contract and all payments made up to that point is non-refundable and any outstanding balances will be due immediately. X2 Catering and Event Services have the right to terminate business with clients at anytime the client becomes negligent and breaches agreement. Clients will be notified via letter through mail and or email if applicable.

I currently attend Southern New Hampshire University online to obtain my MBA in quantitative analysis and entrepreneurship. I have enrolled in culinary courses to advance my skills in pastries/desserts as well as gourmet cuisine and plate presentation.
