Even though the instructional date isn’t until late March, Chef Michael has been so kind, patient, understanding of a 16 year old wanna be Chef and so thoughtful. I can’t wait to meet him and have the pleasure of seeing him teach my nephew cookery skills!

Chef Michael asked me what I envisioned for my event, when I was having a hard time articulating he gave me some creative ideas. He offered a fair price, the food was amazing. He was very professional from start to finish. My guests were delighted. Chef Michael’s delicious food, its presentation and service were a highlight to my event. I will choose Chef Michael for future events and highly recommend him.

Look, here is the deal, I have eaten a lot of potato skins in my life more than I would like to admit. There isnt a TGIF Fridays between Alabama and Texas that I havent hit up. To say Im a P-skin expert would be an understatement. My man Mike can make P-skins with the best of em. Top 3 potatoes I have ever had
