Scheduling was quick and easy for the most part. I did ask for a certain food item and it wasn’t close to when we made the menu. Since it was crunch time I just went with what they provided. Next time I will be more persistent on what I want. We were on the fence if having our chef make cocktails with alcohol provided but it was only one drink per person which I feel as much time as he spent afterwards he could have easily made us a few drinks during the duration of his visit. Overall it was a great experience and I would do it again. Thank you.

The communication was horrible beating up to the dinner I decided not to go forward with having them cater our food for us it simply was unclear what was going on they kept asking for money nothing was provided I asked for my deposit back and they refused to send it back I really really would think twice about using the service.

Gordon, it is unfortunate what transpired between us, I always do everything I can to make sure my customers are happy. But I called you over 5 times, and texted you and never heard a single word from you. I am sorry you do not like my company policy of requesting a 20% deposit before the event and not returning the deposit when the dinner is canceled 24 hours before the event. Unfortunately, we had already purchased ingredients, so I was unable to give you back your deposit. I even offered to move your deposit on to a future dinner or event and you declined that offer.
