I hired Thomas to create a small, special dinner party - the meal was phenomenal and working with Thomas was a pleasure! I highly recommend his services. Thomas crafted the menu, taking a few ideas I had and making them really sing. Communication with him prior to the event was easy and professional. The meal was delicious- presented beautifully - incorporating fresh seasonal ingredients. Thomas’ fresh made pasta was a real standout. Highly recommend him!!!

We had such a great experience with Thomas! He was on time/early, which worked out perfectly because were traveling and hungry! The food was not only beautiful, but delicious, and filling. Such a great experience for our first night in Lake Tahoe. We will definitely work with Thomas on future trips anywhere I’m he is working.
