Thomas created and executed a beautifully, delicious menu for my surprise family Christmas dinner party. It was a dinner party of 8 and he accommodated all “special” requests. Pleasing 8 people at once is no easy feat, but Thomas and his server worked flawlessly together to make every one feel special and important. The food was amazing. The uniqueness of the food also instilled his passion and love for the culinary arts which he passed on to our meal. Thomas developed the menu from my requests and made it happen. A must have chef for your special dinner events!!!! Mari
