I have worked with Darence in small group training since October three times a week. I'm in the best shape that I have ever been in. Working with Darence is firstly a fantastic value. The number of exercises and breadth of anatomy knowledge he has isall something that adds to the experience. He doesn't go soft, he goes hard and maximizes the time whether it's 30 minutes or an hour, which is another reason why working out with him is a great value. He can measure body fat index and track progress. When I was punctual and met him multiple times a week, I saw a change in my physique within two weeks. Best of all, he makes it FUN! He has a great personality and its super transparent and approachable. I've seen him work with all personalities and backgrounds and they all seem to love him. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Your first session will start with Darence taking body measurements, conducting body fat testing and a variety of exercises that will help assess flexibility and balance. Darence will then utilize the results of these assessments to develop a client-specific workout plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Darence is a former multi-sport athlete and NCSF Certified Strength Coach and Personal Trainer with over five years of personal training and athletic coaching experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?As a former athlete getting into personal training and strength coaching was a natural transition. His passion for athleticism and helping others reach their fitness goals led him to become certified and begin a career in training.
