Bree has given me much needed support and guidance to improve my health and to reach my fitness goals. She’s an excellent personal trainer and pushes you to do better but doesn’t try to break you. She’s also very understanding of her clients busy lifestyle and is very flexible with scheduling while always motivating you. As a busy Mom and military member, she’s helped me learn the benefits of food prepping and how to incorporate for my family’s meal planning as well. Coach Bree has coached me in showing up for MYSELF. She has given me the tools to get back into working out and eating clean. I had fallen off the wagon of living a healthy lifestyle after college and just couldn’t seem to get back on the wagon by myself. So I searched for trainers in my home City of San Francisco. But I couldn’t find a personal trainer who was ALSO a nutritionist. I loved the fact that Coach Bree would be examining/altering my diet while also providing me with trainings. I also loved the fact that Coach Bree is truly all about female empowerment. She approaches you as a whole person, not just as a trainee. Virtual workouts have been so convenient and still provide a great burn. Highly recommend Coach Bree if you’re looking for fitness/health/personal growth :)

I could write a small novel about how absolutely wonderful my experience with Bree has been but I will just try and make it as short and sweet as possible. I came to Bree at one of my life's lowest points, feeling terrible about myself physically and mentally. Like many people, 2020 has been such a rough year. I was feeling unhealthy, lethargic and lost. I came to her at my highest weight that I had ever been in my life and I needed help. From the first day that I met her, not only was her knowledge of fitness impressive but her beautiful and kind soul shined through. She was so easy to talk to and so geniune. We talked about what I was hoping to achieve in the program, my goals and she put together a game plan for me. Please note that she does not just focus on the fitness aspect but the nutrition aspect as well. She definitely holds you accountable with both and that is exactly what I need. We talked about my personal battles and how we were going to work on the inside me as well. The total package. I started out really slow, barely able to pick myself up from the ground. I followed the workout and nutrition plan she created and day by day, week by week I have watched myself become stronger physically. I am doing things I never thought I would be able to do. She pushes me to my limits and always makes me believe that I can do anything. In the almost 3 months that I have been working with her I have lost 20 pounds and over 9 inches off my entire body. I have gained so much strength that I surprise myself every time I work out with her and this is still only the beginning. With these "small" changes I have also come so far with my mental health and how I view myself, learning that I am worth so much more than I had been allowing. I am looking good and feeling great! I owe so much to Bree. I call her my angel, she has helped to save my life. She is such a wonderful, beautiful person and she has so much passion for what she does. She truly wants to see her clients succeed, reach their goals and be the best version of themselves. I truly don't where I would be without her. She is definitely a blessing to me.

I was looking for a trainer on thumbtack and I reached out to Bree. She responded no less then 15mins. Her dedication of making women learn their bodies through a serious of workouts and most importantly nutrition was amazing. She's friendly, professional and dedicated. Every question will be answered in a timely manner. Through her I've learned more about nutrition and portion sizes than I've ever experienced in the past. I've also learned how to do workouts and strength correctly through her sessions. She is the go to trainer and I would recommend her to anyone.

    My As a strength and nutrition coach, I offer individual coaching to help you align with your own definition of strong by teaching women how to strength train and use nutrition to fuel their unique bodies without all the restriction and yo yo fad dieting. •Through coaching, I help clients: I’ll help you create a customized 3-5 days/week of individualized strength-based programmed workouts •How to finally see the tone that you wish to see- hello muscles hello guns •How to eat the food that you love and still get the results that you desire •How to never go on an extreme diet again •How to stay consistent even when lie gets in the way 1. We start with a free 20 min discovery call! I really like my clients to reach out and text or set up a call on my website as this shows me that they are serious about their fitness and nutrition. 2.
