- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My As a strength and nutrition coach, I offer individual coaching to help you align with your own definition of strong by teaching women how to strength train and use nutrition to fuel their unique bodies without all the restriction and yo yo fad dieting. •Through coaching, I help clients: I’ll help you create a customized 3-5 days/week of individualized strength-based programmed workouts •How to finally see the tone that you wish to see- hello muscles hello guns •How to eat the food that you love and still get the results that you desire •How to never go on an extreme diet again •How to stay consistent even when lie gets in the way 1. We start with a free 20 min discovery call! I really like my clients to reach out and text or set up a call on my website as this shows me that they are serious about their fitness and nutrition. 2. Next we go thorough initial health and wellness questionnaire and assessment so I can tailor your strength + nutrition plan to your individual wants and needs. 3.60-minute exercise coaching sessions with me to help you step into your power and reconnect with your body (usually based in strength training + HIIT Endurance). 4.Each Month we go over nutrition worksheets and coaching on the Macro + Mindful eating method how you can use food as fuel !! 5.Each month we will do a body composition measurement and go over the milestones needed to hit for the next month Make sure to text me or book your free 20 min discovery call with me on my website linked above when you send me a message request :)

6 years of personal training experience, personal training diploma and nutrition certificate, pilates certificate and powerlifting and NCAA swimmer background as well.
