Kendahl is nothing short of the most professional, knowledgeable trainer out there! He has many clients that look to him for motivation and guidance. Kendahl is extremely positive and uplifting, not only in general, but throughout the entire workout! I truly mean this when I say, I have never had so much fun working out than with him. He consistently changes up the workouts so it never gets boring and to continuously shock the nervous system for optimal muscle growth! He also helps me so much with nutrition and making sure I am staying on top of my meals by having me send him pictures of what I eat to hold me accountable (which helps me stay consistent as well). An amazing trainer! This was my first time paying for online coaching and Coach K was a perfect fit for me. Was good at getting back to me on time for updates and changes to the program. I came to him with a goal of putting on muscle and losing off the body fat and hisprogram was very in depth and when I didn’t know an exercise he would send me a video to show me how to do it properly. The biggest factor for me was how he kept me committed and motivated in hitting my goals, when I’d slack off he’d remind me of why I started this journey and why it’s important to stick to the plan. Training with Coach K was a very transformative experience for me. Not only is Kendahl very knowledgeable, I truly appreciate how thorough he is. He didn’t only help me with my form and my eating, he made sure I was getting enough sleep and taking care of myself mentally. It made me realize how much those things effect my progress too. Not to mention, he makes the workouts fun and he really pushes you to your limits. Training with him really helped prove I’m capable of a LOT more than I thought I was, even in the beginning of our training when I was still out of shape. I highly recommend Coach K. Starting to train with Kendahl was one of the best investments I’ve ever made, but what I have learned from him is priceless.
