I am a certified personal trainer specializing in functional movement and I love what I do! I have vast experience working with a diverse array of people with varying goals from bodybuilders training for competitions to senior citizens with Osteopenia who just want to strengthen their bones. The first appointment is a consultation appointment and I don't charge for the consultation. I will go over your health history, and I will ask you specific questions pertaining to your goal and your daily routine and habits. Nutrition is also a big part of this! So let’s get honest and do some deep digging! This is all part of the program. It is very comprehensive and requires a lot of work both when you are working out and when you aren't. My goal is for all of my clients to be conscious of the small things they do outside of the gym that impact their overall health.

Christine is a wonderful personal trainer and coach. She is very flexible, easy going and adapts depending on my specific needs. Not only does she provide personal training, but also explains the importance of nutrition and diet. Her personal training is perfectly customized to my needs and limitations. She has already helped me to significantly improve my range of motion and is also highly focused on improving my heart health and overall stamina. Thank you also for getting my wife and family into exercise. Having the whole family engaged will be a big factor to help me get and stay motivated on this very challenging journey.     Typically, I set up a consultation to assess the clients current fitness level, goals, and workout preferences. I don't charge for the consultation, and we handle all scheduling and work out payment at that time. Clients can pay session by session or in packages.
