I charge $50 per session, or $200 per month. $200 plan includes meeting 1-2 times a week.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started working out after years of poor choices and bad decisions — too much partying, too much overeating, too much stress. I decided that enough was enough and that I needed to change my life. Fitness played a major role in recreating a healthy mind and vision for my future. I now see fitness as a hobby of mine, and is also considered a part of my lifestyle.

I have and am currently working with adolescents, females, males, overweight, underweight, mobility challenged, and functionally challenged.
