Jack is super knowledgeable and takes his time getting to know his clients fitness requirements before establishing a plan. He’s extremely positive and patient. I’ve personally worked out with Jack. And I’ve had many hangouts with him outside the gym as well. The difference in Jack is that he actually cares about you as a person. He’s very genuine. He will train you just like the other trainers and make it fun, but I can almost guarantee he’ll become your friend too.

Jack really takes the time to get to know his clients & their needs/goals. Being a woman sometimes it’s intimidating if you have a male trainer, especially in a gym setting where we can all be self conscious & maybe a little out of place because we don’t have the “perfect” form. Jack helps you, guides you & teaches you what to do. He pushes you to truly do your best, with the biggest smile on his face that proves that he’s with you through this journey & truly wants you at your best!!!

    I charge $50 per session, or $200 per month. $200 plan includes meeting 1-2 times a week.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I got started working out after years of poor choices and bad decisions — too much partying, too much overeating, too much stress. I decided that enough was enough and that I needed to change my life. Fitness played a major role in recreating a healthy mind and vision for my future. I now see fitness as a hobby of mine, and is also considered a part of my lifestyle.

    I have and am currently working with adolescents, females, males, overweight, underweight, mobility challenged, and functionally challenged.
