Jack really takes the time to get to know his clients & their needs/goals. - How did you get started doing this type of work?I got started working out after years of poor choices and bad decisions — too much partying, too much overeating, too much stress. I decided that enough was enough and that I needed to change my life. Fitness played a major role in recreating a healthy mind and vision for my future. I now see fitness as a hobby of mine, and is also considered a part of my lifestyle.
