My rates vary upon location and include meal plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to start with a free consultation. This is a great opportunity to discuss fitness goals and develope a starting time a place. Our first session is always an assessment. We will start with taking measurements, body fat % and before photos. After that I like to talk with my clients about their current eating habbits, struggles and see what a average day looks like for my client. I also like to see where my client is at physically by having them perform a series of movements and exercises. Now that your assessment is complete, I will put together a workout plan and customized meal plan. I will work with you daily whether we are having a one on one, skyping or texting. I consider myself your coach and want to be there for you during this entire journey!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through NASM and have been training clients for over 4 years. I have helped dozens of men and women lose weight but most of all, I have personal expierence. I have battled with weight loss my entire life and no one understands the stuggle and process better than a person who has gone through it themselves.
