Working with Bre at Nu-Rise fitness has brought to life goals I’ve been thinking about but didn’t know how to act on. Bre’s enthusiasm, genuine care for her clients and passion for health are immediately felt. Bre works with your schedule and gives sound scientific advice about how to create a healthier life style where you are enjoying life and getting stronger in the process. I love that one of our weekly sessions is at my gym. Working in an environment that was totally new me helped me build confidence in area so foreign to me. I can now walk into any gym and know what I’m doing. The workouts are always fun and intense. Bre has the right combination of pushing past comfort zones but keeping her clients safe. With guidance from Nu-Rise fitness I’ve been able to make lasting changes to my overall health. I eat more balanced meals, understand nutrition better and my body and mental state have improved. I definitely recommend working with Bre and Nu-Rise Fitness to anyone.

Bree has totally changed my fitness journey. She not only motivates me but pushes me to be a better version of myself. She gives detailed nutrition program goals and is frequently giving feedback on what I track in my fitness app. She has created her own fitness app that I use that has been very helpful with tracking my progress along my fitness journey. Bree will also modify our workouts specifically to what I want to see results in. She has also worked around injuries I’ve had to prevent further injury but still be able to stay active. Couldn’t be happier to have chosen Bree as my trainer, her positive attitude and knowledge have gotten me the results I was never able to achieve with other trainers or workout programs.

My-Rise and Bre is literally the only trainer that I would recommend. I’m an athlete, a mom and have a really demanding career. Bre understands all of this and instead of trying to “change” things she works with my life. Her ability and true desire to know and understand her clients is the key to her ability to help us achieve the results we are long for. She is about the long term but also through this approach, short term results come through. The focus of strength, weight loss, nutrition and control is ideal and I just love her support of women and understanding of our complexity. I am a huge fan and encourage anyone to give Bre and Nu-Rise a try. You won’t regret it and your soul and muscles will thank you! 💫💪🏼

Bree has changed my life in more ways than one. I had the goals of learning more about myself, body, mind + spirit. Bree has taught me how to listen to what my body is telling me and how to utilize muscles I didn’t even know I had to build an overall strength. We’ve worked together to change my eating habits and prepare healthy options that suit my goals and lifestyle. She has helped me unleash my power, strength + bad-ass womanhood. She is always on my team and is available when I have questions or concerns. She holds me accountable but reminds me to give myself grace.
