- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Get a chance to sample any program I offer for $75 a month. I do group training between 9am-2pm and 1pm-7pm most days of the week days. 830am-11am Saturday and Sunday - $175/month Personal Training is monthly but also includes all group workouts. 5am- 8am and 2pm-4pm. 5/ Sessions -$425 12/ Sessions $960
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy having a few introductory sessions to see how we work together and to allow people to see how the system and approach applies to them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always wanted to be a personal trainer since I was about 8 or 9 when my friends and family always asked me why did I work out, and I would say "I want to look like Bruce Lee" and later on it became "Arnold" and "Mike Mentzer" I loved to train but I also loved seeing people get results. I would give people training advice when I was 12 and 13, and even had a barbell beside my bed I would roll out of bed to perform deadlifts, read science journals on biomechanics, nutrition and health. I wanted to know everything there was to know about the human body. Creating results and developing people was my goal.
