- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. In addition to founding and teaching at our own nonprofit film and media school (Disruptive Media Academy), we routinely attend conference and workshops to keep our skills sharp.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been writing for 30 years and a lifelong storyteller. In 2004, I watched the special features of a movie, Like Mike, and I was inspired to write my own movie, which I did. Since that time I've written, directed and produced (with my wife), two award-winning feature length films, wrote a novel, a how-to book on filmmaking, and shot and edited numerous, weddings, short films, music videos, commercials and events.
