- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to quickly get a sense of each individual goals and keep my teaching oriented around those — in other words, never losing sight of what initially inspired you to learn piano in the first place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two degrees in music — both a Bachelor’s and Master’s.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been teaching piano lessons since I was in college, back in 2010. For me, teaching has always been one of the most satisfying aspects of being a musician. I also feel that passing musical knowledge onto the next generation is an important responsibility — the gratitude I have for the teachers in my life inspires me to do the same!
