I also have great cutomer service skills and always try to make sure the customer has a stress free move. I like the physical part of it, customer service and removing the stress from customers and helping them relax. I like to interact with customers which I get to do alot in my business. Ralph is extremely kind, thoughtful and hardworking. He is very honest and wants to do his very best. He and his assistant did everything expected and more. Their work for me was to move large pieces of furniture within our home to better places. What they did for us transformed use of furniture for the better. I could not have done this without experienced and reliable movers. Thank you, guys!

Ralph helped me move out of my parent's home and into a 3 bed 2 bath about 5 minutes away. Ralph and his helper did an excellent job they even stayed after the 8 hour job was finished to put together some storage racks in the garage.

We moved a few weeks ago and used movers for the first time! It was a great experience! Ralph and his coworker (I can't remember his name!) called to show up a little early if possible, fit everything into the truck like a magic puzzle, using care and caution, and even made sure the fridge, washer and dryer were hooked up and working. Neither of them ever stopped moving, literally! Hard working guys, friendly guys, and well worth it! Thanks guys!!

Ralph was great! He and his assistant were friendly, efficient and so helpful. He helped me move a two bedroom house into a uhaul to drive to Arizona. He was amazing at fitting everything in and securing it for the 13 hour drive! I arrived with everything just how it was packed No broken or overturned items! I would use Ralph again for any packing and moving needs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My main concern about businesses out there is there is barely any customer service any more. I always try and provide the best customer service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Treat them with respect and as you would want to be treated. Customer are almost always right unless damage to furniture or injury to worker would happen with there recommendation. Customer service is #1 for my business. We're not happy unless customer is satisfied.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started moving part time untiI l got laid off about 8 yrs ago. I like it so much I started it full time.
