I stand out above others because of my work ethics. I always work hard and we are always carefully with the customers belongings. I also have great cutomer service skills and always try to make sure the customer has a stress free move. I like the physical part of it, customer service and removing the stress from customers and helping them relax. I like to interact with customers which I get to do alot in my business. I use to work out at the gym and now I get to work out almost every day on the job.

Ralph is very eager to work. He does an outstanding job from start to finish. He's flexible and willing to do just about any job. He's on time and completely fair on his price. He doesn't charge extra for the trip. What you see is what you get: honesty and fairness. There's no reason to hire someone else when you have Ralph. We had him and his assistant move a very large bedroom set. They were very careful with our furniture. No job is too small. He will even help us get a recliner chair down a flight of stairs and a sofa into our house. What can I say? Ralph is willing to work.

Two young men showed up to move some furniture inside and out side of my home. They had to move some of it up a flight of stairs and then some down. They were very careful, courteous and got the job done in great time. I will contact them again if and when I need large furniture moved.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My main concern about businesses out there is there is barely any customer service any more. I always try and provide the best customer service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Treat them with respect and as you would want to be treated. Customer are almost always right unless damage to furniture or injury to worker would happen with there recommendation. Customer service is #1 for my business. We're not happy unless customer is satisfied.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started moving part time untiI l got laid off about 8 yrs ago. I like it so much I started it full time.
