- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of services. As a result, for some projects, such as surveillance, we charge hourly, and for others, such as Background Investigations, Asset Searches, Social Media Investigations, etc., we charge a flat fee. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like a copy of our complete Rate Sheet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the most important think to discuss is what my client wants or needs. Then we talk about the specifics of his/her case so I can assess how best to help my client. I give my Client all of the different options to achieve his/her goals, formulate an action plan, and then begin working towards solving my client's case. I always maintain open communication with my client so that we ensure to stay on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former police officer. I have well over a decade of investigative experience. I opened Tausig & Associates, a private investigation agency, in 2013, and have continued to expand on all of the skills I acquired during my law enforcement career. I am a licensed private investigator, and certified Social Media Intelligence Expert and Cyber Intelligence Expert. Additionally, I have testified as an expert in various court proceedings.
