- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts for repeat customers, military, veterans, seniors and disabled persons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually customers access the website, scan their documents through the portal and from there I notify them once service is complete. I only contact sooner if I’m unable to locate the recipient, however we have a few options to find a recipient when necessary.
