What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work on a remote basis for mastering. I mix and record in person. I charge a flat rate of 200 for masters. Mixing is 300 depending on the amount of tracks involved. I can guarantee you 6 hours minimum of work on the mix process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I like to chat over the phone about what your project is. What you have in mind as far as time, date etc. just to get an idea of what it is you’d like to record, mix, or even if you’d like me to write a guitar riff for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at Recording connection out of Los Angeles. I trained under the top engineers in Sacramento.
