About

I have great attention to detail and enjoy educating the customer on the work I'm hired to do as well as anything else that may also need to be addressed that would benefit the customer. I like to maintain a clean working area, and clean as I go on the job. Seeing the satisfaction on my customer's faces when I complete a job well done. I also enjoy working outdoors and the view while I'm working. How did you decide to get in your line of work? I wanted to do something with my hands where I could work outdoors. The rooftop views make my days up there in the heat or cold enjoyable. I also get to provide a service that will help protect the value in people's homes.

John came out on a rainy Sunday (within 24-hours of initial contact) to assess our leak and provide an estimate for repairs. He was able to locate the problem and provide a temporary fix on the spot! The cost of the full repair was more than fair. We hope to not have another roof problem but if we do we definitely will use Maginis Roofing. Thank you John for prompt, professional, affordable and friendly service!

I recently bought a home and had an issue with cracked roof tiles. I received referral for Maginis Roofing through Thumbtack. Within a couple of days, John came and immediately repaired the tiles. He was professional and efficient and charged a fair price. I would definitely do business with him again.

John arrived on time and was very accommodating to our problem and schedule. His price was fair and he took the time to explain the problem and available solutions. He even helped fix a sun screen while he was on the roof.
