Benito contacted me within minutes and completed my job within a couple of days. I had some missing and slipped roof tiles as well as a vent cap that had disappeared. He fixed all of those and also caulked where needed including nails that had popped. He then power washed the roof and the northern side had a ton of moss and gunk on it. It looks brand new again. Best of all he cleaned up everything, which was highly appreciated. I would definitely use him again in the future.

I recently had my roof and patio addition completed, and I truly love the results. From the beginning, he was professional, detailed, and very easy to work with. He walked me through every step of the project and explained everything clearly. He answered all of my questions patiently and made sure I understood the process. Communication was consistent the entire time, which made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward. The craftsmanship looks solid and clean. You can tell he pays attention to detail and takes pride in his work. Everything was done carefully and professionally. It hasn’t rained yet, so I haven’t been able to test for leaks, but he reassured me that if anything comes up, I can contact him anytime and he will take care of it. That gave me peace of mind knowing he stands behind his work. He was polite, respectful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire project not common to contractors. I am very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for roof or patio work.
