I'm not the greatest in writing reviews. All I can say, is that Stephen is great. He applies the correct pressures. I'm not in pain afterwards like othe massages I received in the past. Yet the "knots" and "kinks" are improved. My massages are excellent. I just want to take a nap afterwards! Stephen is the complete package I was looking for - wholistic, Reiki, yoga etc.
Selysa is amazing! I tried several different private yoga instructor and Selysa is the right one! Absolutely worth it! She makes every class different! I have experience the first Arco yoga with Selysa and I love it! Great yoga instructor! 100% recommended!
I highly recommend Whole Person Fitness to everyone. Lily is first of all very nice. She is knows how to access my needs, fitness level, works with my limitations, prior injuries and physical weaknesses to put together a challenging, kick butt workout tailor made for me. In two and a half months I have gained strength, lung capacity, fitness, muscle, muscle tone, endurance, flexibility,confidence, and much more. I have lost the chronic knee pain, fatigue, inches. Lily, listens and gives me exercises that I never thought I could do, builds me up slowly. As a 60 + woman with chronic health issues I can say I am much healthier since finding Lily. Lily truly cares and overs wise nutritional counsel as well. I am blessed to have found Whole Person Fitness and Lily. If I can do it, you can too.

I have been working with Shan for the last few months to improve my energy levels, muscle/joint aches, and high stress levels.
