Ray was excellent. Beyond being an absolute professional, he went above and beyond my expectations. When he came in, I had explained to him that I tried installing the tv myself. What I didn’t realize was that the wall mount that wanted to use wasn’t going to make it easier put the tv on or take off. After trying his best to make it work. He simply asked if I thought about getting a more full motion mount. I appreciated the fact that he didn’t try to upsell right away and was basically explaining the benefits of doing so. Long story longer, I got the better mount and I’m more then satisfied with the results Ray produced.
