- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At American Building Development, we believe in transparent, no-pressure pricing. Every project starts with a free estimate no hidden fees, no surprises. Our pricing reflects the quality of the materials we use, including premium products like James Hardie siding and Trex decking, and the workmanship our licensed team delivers. We work with both residential and commercial budgets, and we always walk you through the costs before any work begins. We also offer flexible financing options to make your project more accessible, so you don't have to put your home improvement goals on hold. From siding and roofing to deck building, patio covers, and window installation, we offer competitive rates across all of our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a simple phone call. Once we connect, we schedule an on-site appointment with one of our Project Advisors, who will assess your property, walk you through your material options including James Hardie siding and Trex decking and provide a clear, detailed quote with no pressure. Once you're ready to move forward, you sign the contract and we typically get started within 2 to 3 days, depending on the scope of the project and whether permits are required. Before work begins, our team does a full walkthrough of the site to make sure everything is in order. When the project is complete, our project manager personally reviews the finished work with you to confirm everything meets your expectations. And we don't stop there every project comes with a 5-year labor warranty (repair projects are covered by a separate 1-year warranty) for your peace of mind.

Our team is fully licensed and trained in exterior remodeling across California Contractor License #1060736. We are a James Hardie Select Contractor part of the James Hardie Contractor Alliance Program with specialized training in the proper installation of their fiber cement siding, one of the most trusted names in the industry. We are also proud TrexPro Gold Certified Contractors, one of the highest recognition levels Trex awards, reflecting our expertise and commitment to quality deck installations. Our crew brings extensive hands-on experience in siding, decking, roofing, window installation, and structural repair including dry rot and balcony renovations. We stay current with California building codes and industry best practices to ensure every project meets the highest standards.
