I was initially nervous about selecting a contractor to build our deck because I didn't have a good vision of its design, concerned about cost and staying on budget, concerned what company would do good work, and be trustworthy throughout the whole process. After extensive research I found ABD. Those concerns were squelched because ABD was professional, hard working, clean, communicative, and attentive. We stayed within our budget and absolutely love our deck. I plan on having them back to do other projects.

This company deserves more than five stars! They replaced the siding on my house and repainted! Anatolii and his crew did an amazing job! They showed up on time and worked from dusk to dawn! The job was completed in two days! They were very professional and cleaned up as they went so there never a mess in my yard! My house looks so fresh and updated! I highly recommend them! They are coming back on the weekend to refinish my deck!

I have an older deck that had some dry rot issues. So, I contacted 6 different places for quotes. American building development sent over Tim who was very professional he supplied me a very detailed quote that included pictures of all the areas to be addressed circled so all the work to be done was very clear. American Building Development was the only one of the 6 companies that supplies such a detailed quote, not to mention they got that quote back to me the next morning.They were able to schedule the work for later that same week.Jorge & Felipe showed up at 8am. on the scheduled day, they were both very professional as well and I was very happy with all the work that they did. Including the fact that they were very careful not to damage any of my existing irrigation lines and wiring that run all around my deck area, some of it right next to the work being done, Jorge and Filipe were excellent in all that they did not to mention that they got a considerable amount of work done in just one day. I've included pictures of 2 main support beams and piers that were replaced. They also replaced 3 more support beams. Thanks, great job guys.Next was Nazar who was also very professional with a final walk to make sure all was to my satisfaction. There was just one spot that was not quite lined up as I wanted, so without any delay Jorge was back and fixed that little spot.If I am ever in need of having any work done, I will not hesitate to contact American Building Development. They were very professional from start to finish. They made it easy to take care of the ugly/unwanted job I had to deal with.Thanks again American Building Development.Ken

I needed the deck on my balcony replaced due to dry rot. Nicholas assessed the work and provided a reasonable quote.Dima and Sigitas carefully replaced the damaged balcony deck even working around the AC unit located on the balcony. They stained the new deck, primed and painted all the repaired areas to match the existing color, and throughly cleaned the job site after the work was completed. The team did everything in one day.Nazar kept communication flowing throughout the process and promptly answered to all my questions.Highly recommended!

We had been planning on just repairing a corner of our old deck but upon seeing the new deck at a friend's home and learning of their excellent experience with American Building Development we decided to give them a call about replacing the whole deck. We agree with our friends, everyone that we worked with at American Building listened to what we wanted and were able to replace our deck beautifully, quickly, and at a price that was much better than two other quotes that we had gotten.
