There are not enough words to express my appreciation for Marco’s work. From the very beginning of making contact, through the planning stages and finally, to installation, he made my first wallpaper installation seamless. Like many people, I was afraid of wallpaper. One of my fears was that I could not find somebody to install the wallpaper, and I was not going to install it myself. Enter Marco. He made suggestions as to wall paper manufacturers, pattern and installation. I had him wallpaper a very small powder room that services the pool. During the install, he asked questions to insure that he was installing the paper to my preference. And the result is amazing! I have no criticism of any aspect of the job. A+

Marco did an excellent job installing the mural wallpaper on my bathroom wall. It appears to be an actual mural with no visible seams. He was punctual, efficient, and left his workspace as he found it. I would definitely hire Start Wallpaper again!

I wish I could rate Start Wallpaper Company the highest scores on quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value and punctuality, but I could only pick three of those five categories. When we mistakenly bought less wallpaper than needed, Junior took it in stride by completing part of the job and then graciously coming back later to complete the job. Jr did a great job with our wallpaper install. My clients had walls that were not super smooth, however jr was able to shown up on the day of the job and professionally handle rhe project. Beware… Marco is so particular that he doesn’t like to use any wallpaper unless it’s similar to the highly expensive “photo wall” brand which he insists customers consider using. I had an initial consultation where I showed him the rooms in need of wallpaper and a sample of the paper I planned to order. I also gave him a link to the site where we’d be ordering the paper which included customer reviews of the product (4+ stars) and tips for installing. He said the paper was fine, but then sat me down to look at photo wall. I didn’t like the designs and didn’t want to pay those prices. Once the paper I ordered arrived, he came to install it. He had a meltdown during installation ranting about how the quality wasn’t the same as the paper he’s used to installing from photo wall etc. We paid him for the labor and after a series of back and forth texts that I found to be unprofessional, I blocked his number. We hired someone else who finished the project at HALF the price Marco was charging. A few days later, we were talking about our wallpaper with a neighbor who instantly said “You didn’t hire Marco did you?” It appears he had tried to push photo wall on them too. They didn’t hire him, but were also turned off by his pushiness and ego. Marco does good work when the customer uses paper he likes to work with. Otherwise, beware!!!
