Everything went so smoothly, honestly we have moved so many times (due to husbands work) and have hired so many moving companies, and this one has by far exceeded. We can’t get over how fast and efficient these guys were. This company was so professional to deal with also. Also, they were so careful with all our furniture and to not bump any wallls, if ever you need a good trusting company to move you .this is who you wanna go with, We have found our future movers. Smoove LLC provided truly excellent customer service from start to finish. Every staff member I interacted with was not only professional, but genuinely kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process.
I hired Smoove to help unload U-Boxes, and when our U-Boxes were unexpectedly delayed, Travis was incredibly understanding and accommodating. He rescheduled our appointment without hesitation and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable.
The move involved U-Boxes delivered to our property, and their team even arrived early, ready to work. Serhii and his associate were outstanding. They were extremely kind, respectful, and impressively hardworking. Their work ethic really stood out - they stayed focused, handled our belongings with care, and unloaded six U-Boxes in just three hours.

Smoove Movemovers are awesome! Three movers showed up and they were punctual, professional and mindful of each and every item they wrapped and moved into the moving truck. The movers were mindfully careful to not damage any walls or furniture. They worked in flow together efficiently. I am grateful of their generosity of time and care of my items, home and storage space! The movers helped with moving the items from my three bedroom townhome in Sacramento to my Public Storage in the Bay Area! It’s easy to communicate with. You direct phone of the owner. Do not hesitate call or text any time to get support or estimate. We do not have sales department or sales person. So no any obstacles between customer and owner
