- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to help you get married with as little stress and worry as possible. We don't believe you should have to cut service to stay within your budget. Our prices are intentionally set to reflect the average cost for services in our market so that you can get the best service for the best price! We're now offering virtual officiating planning "Micro Monies", as coined by The Knot, at 50% the regular price so we can help brides keep their original dates. As a Veteran-Owned business, we are honored to work with other veterans and first-responders and will continue offering 15% off regularly prices services once we're able to perform full, in-person weddings again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A couple's wedding day is about more than just getting people together to watch a ceremony, eat food, and dance. It is an expression of the love that the two of you share and marks the beginning of a new and exciting chapter in your relationship! Our clients usually reach out in email to schedule a day and time to chat over the phone before meeting in person to get into the details. After meeting we will send a formal proposal for review. Proposals are valid for 30 days and a 50% deposit is typically due within 10 days of signing the agreement, to hold the date. We understand that the future is a bit uncertain right now and are waiving the deposit deadline required to hold your date. Instead, we will hold your date until we receive a request from another couple. If that happens, we'll reach out to you to allow you to cover your deposit and keep your date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Organization, efficiency, and creativity in my work has always driven me to find the work that it best-suited for my talents. I've dedicated my life to personal and professional development through lots of reading, attending conferences and seminars, online training, receiving mentoring from other pros in the industry and aligning myself with the Association for Wedding Professionals International. Working with brides to help see their wedding day dreams turn to reality utilizing spreadsheets and calendars and managing logistics allows me to work in my strengths and find great satisfaction!
