A few months ago, my fiancé and I were looking for some general help with our wedding. We never expected we would find someone as professional and on the ball as Amber. After a couple emails, and a short meeting at a coffee shop, Amber was able to take our (admittedly, vague) wedding plans and turn them into something special. We had 175 guests in attendance. On the day of our wedding, we quickly learned how fast things fall behind at that scale. With little to no instruction on the day of, Amber and her team were able to come in and take complete control of the venue, creating a seamless and amazing experience for our guests and us. I think the greatest measure of a service professional is their ability to make even the most invested people (in this case the bride and the groom) forget they were ever planning an event and just have fun with their guests and enjoy their time with them. All I remember about my wedding was hanging out with all of our friends and family (well, and getting married at some point). There were countless small details that my fiancé and I forgot to address before the wedding, and we never even knew about them until the day after. Amber made sure we never had anything to worry about. Even two days later, I'm still getting texts gushing about how this was the best wedding our guests can remember attending. If you're looking for event staff, make sure you talk to Amber. By the end of the long planning process, we were convinced our wedding wasn't going to work out, and that our event would fall flat. But, I can say without a doubt that it was one of the best nights of our lives. In large part, we have Everyday Events to thank for that.

Amber and Max were AMAZING! I originally hired two event helpers through another woman who pulled out less than a week before my wedding. Thankfully I went onto Thumbtack, submitted an inquiry and within less than 20 minutes Amber sent me a message with a quote. She saved me! Amber and Max were so efficient and professional during my wedding. I didn't have a wedding planner, so I had so much on my mind and many things to worry about that day. I never once had to worry about Amber and Max, they were so on top of every little detail. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work!

Amber and Erin were great, very nice, easy going made the wedding party feel very comfortable. A few hours before the wedding i received a call from Amber that she had thrown her back out and was not going to be able to make it but she already had a backup all lined up. To be honest, I was freaking out a little because we had already rehearsed with her but Amber assured me that Erin was highly recommend and that we were in good hands. Everything worked our Erin was great! Amber followed up to see how thing went and I couldn’t be any happier with the both of them.

We would highly recommend Amber to anyone planning their wedding! We hired her for day-of coordination and she did an outstanding job for a very reasonable price. Her services encompassed so many things: in meeting with our venue coordinator, she ironed out lots of questions we would not have thought to ask, gave us great advice on how long parts of the wedding would take, she took care of renting and setting up speakers for the ceremony, and so much more. We had rain and high wind forecast for our wedding day, so the ceremony location and some other aspects of the day were up in the air until the last minute, but Amber handled everything (including the rather anxious bride!) with complete grace. Her sense of professionalism and desire to get everything right helped us relax and know that everything was taken care of. Amber fulfilled of all of our requests leading up to our wedding and went well above and beyond on our wedding day. Thank you so much Amber!

I hired Amber and Katelynn for my wedding reception. I did not have a wedding coordinator but I have a big family who like to take charge. I know between my 5 sisters, my daughter and my best friend that Amber and Katelynn were probably told to do conflicting things multiple times, which must have been very frustrating. However, they were very professional, patient and helpful the entire night. A lot of my family and friends mentioned how professional and helpful they were. I would definitely use them again. It was wonderful to have them help us on our wedding day. Very professional and reliable help!
