I meet Emmanuel at my age of 69. Told him of my goals ( weight lose and strength ). Because of COVID-19 have not been able to work with a trainer since March of 2020. During our time together Emmanuel guided my exercise and food intake, for a weight lose of some 25 lbs. Loosing weight is easy enough given personal initiative. But to gain muscle AND lose weight requires a trainer. Else wise I would be flabby. As a man Loosing weight required lots of attention to my core. Am happy to say results were down sizing two pant size.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    $40/session for 1 hr if sessions are bought individually or $35/session for 1 hr if sessions are bought in a package for the month according to frequency of training (ie $35/session for 8 sessions bought when training 2x/week).

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First thing is working out the availability and what days/times work best for the client and me. Then once we decide the days and times, I typically have a consultation with the client to go over a physical assessment to gather information about their health, injuries, experience, fitness level, and lifestyle.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and am ACSM certified for personal training. I am also studying for a Masters in Nutritional Science.
